2023 FUTURE OBSERVATORY
This scenario, one of the three optimistic ones, looks at how the changes will affect the world as a whole. In particular, it looks at how the 'unlimited' resources may be - and ultimately will be - shared more equitably, to the benefit of all and the greater safety of the whole of humanity. Like the first scenario, this is an incremental one; the trends are already there to be seen. There is, as a result, more certainty in terms of the outcomes; though the politicians in the West are as yet blind to these certainties!
