DESTROYED IN COURT
9286 EAT Appeal – Final Decision
This letter, a Christmas present at the end of 2004, finally put paid to my claim through the Employment Tribunal. No doubt it was in line with the law, the bureaucrats make certain that theirs is the final word, but it was scarcely natural justice.
In fact, after nearly two years of fighting my way through a process which was supposed to deliver justice in less than 3 months, I was heartedly sick of the whole thing. I was glad to put it behind me, even if it did leave a very bitter taste in my mouth that Roland Kaye had won.
